When you install the EZ Horoscope app from the Shopify App Store, we collect and store:

• Shop information: Your Shopify store domain (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com) and Shopify plan type.
• Access credentials: An encrypted OAuth access token to communicate with your store on your behalf.
• App configuration: Your content type preferences, enabled features, and product placement settings.
• Billing information: Subscription status and plan tier. All payment processing is handled entirely by Shopify; we do not collect or store payment card details.

What we do NOT collect from Shopify stores:

• We do not access, collect, or store any customer (shopper) personal information from your store.
• We do not access your store’s orders, customer lists, or financial data.
• We do not track or collect data about your store’s visitors or customers.

4. Voice AI Agents and Automated Interactions

Our conversational Voice AI Agents are designed to provide personalized astrological guidance and interactive experiences.

• Voice data and transcripts may be retained temporarily to improve response quality and ensure compliance with our content policies.

Voice and transcript data from AI interactions are typically deleted or anonymized within 30–90 days, unless you maintain an active account or consent to extended storage for personalization.

Shopify merchant data: When you uninstall the EZ Horoscope app from your Shopify store, we receive notification from Shopify and retain your configuration data for 30 days in case you reinstall, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support@ezhoroscope.com.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including:

• HTTPS encryption across all website and API endpoints.
• Secure data centers and firewalls.
• Access controls and encryption for stored data (including Shopify OAuth tokens).
• Regular audits and vulnerability assessments.

However, no system is 100% secure, and you share data at your own risk.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 16 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
If you believe your child has provided information to us, please contact support@ezhoroscope.com to request deletion.
